Party Time.

We’d love to host your child’s birthday party! We have two rooms filled with play structures, games, toys and room to imagine. You have the full space for your private event. Your party begins with time exploring all Whirlygig has to offer while adults enjoy snacks or catching up with friends. Take part in a theme specific activity, celebrate with cake and head home…all without having to clear off your kitchen table!

Parties available at:

9am-11am • 11:30am-1:30pm• 2pm-4pm• 4:30pm-6:30pm

Steps to plan your party:

  1. Fill out our Booking Form HERE

  2. Once you receive your confirmation we will follow up with you the next business day to confirm some final details including food, themes and any add ons.

  3. The week before your event we’ll confirm your headcounts and any additional details needed

Whirly-birthday! $475

  • 2 hour exclusive party time in the farm room, beach room and celebrating with cake.

  • 15 children ($15 each additional child); babies under 6 months are not counted

  • Special activity for the guests (may include an age appropriate craft or game)

  • “Happy Birthday” decorations throughout the space*

  • Water, Lemonade and Cups included

  • Reserved Parking Spot for Event Host

  • 2 Dedicated Event Staff

  • Event set-up and clean-up

*you may bring your own custom decor at no additional charge. Restrictions apply: nothing can be hung or adhered to the walls (we have a banner spot designated if you wish to use it) everything needs to be free standing and already assembled. You will have 10 minutes to setup and clean up your custom decorations

*we also offer a “blank slate” package with no decor for $450

  • One of our set party themes and all the pomp and decor to go with it

  • Your group activities will have a special theme based twist!

Custom Whirly-Extravaganza! $850

Everything from above PLUS:

  • Fully custom decor, done by our professional party planners and artists- arrive to a fully Pintrest’ed out event!

  • 18 children ($15 each additional child); babies under 6 months are not counted

  • Beverage Package included (juice boxes, bottled water, and coffee/tea)

We offer several food options: Savory Kitchen will deliver Salads, Sandwiches, Fruit Platters, Cheese Platters and much more.

Rosie’s NY Pizza will deliver Pizza.

Bagels and Cream Cheese can be ordered as well for events

Sample Party Timeline

9:15am Host family arrives and begins unloading car with Event Staff.

9:30am Party Begins and Guests enjoy free flow play time in the beach room and farm room, playing or doing an activity or game.

11am Cake is served! Additional food can also be served throughout event.

11:30am Happy Guests depart and Event Staff helps pack gifts and leftovers into Host’s car.

11:45am Host departs.

Balloons (assortment of colored balloons with child’s age): $40

Goodie Bags: $175 for 15, $8 each additional (themed for your party)

Additional Party Assistant: $80

Extra Party Time: $100/30 min. (if available- 1 hour max unless another slot is purchased)

Candy Bar $130 (in beautiful containers, with scoops and baggies provided- makes an excellent goodie bag station)

Photo Booth! $150 (includes backdrop, props, cameras and film for instant printing and take home souvenir- up to 60 photos)

Beverage Package:

  • water and lemonade is included in all events

  • Premium: $80 (Water, Lemonade, Coffee and Tea and La Croix, Juice boxes) serves 15 kids & 20 adults

No outside non alcoholic beverages, water will be provided

You may bring alcoholic beverages to your private event if you wish, we do charge an outside beverage setup and cleanup fee of $100 per event. (only for events with alcoholic beverages served)

You may bring your own food for no additional fees, please let us know what you plan on bringing ahead of time so we can be prepared with tables.

Bagels and Cream Cheese: $50 (includes 2 dozen Bagels and 4 assorted Cream Cheeses)

2 bags of ice with ice bin: $10

Decorate Cupcakes! Have a cupcake station setup for the kids to frost and decorate their own cupcakes! $75 for 15 cupcakes (includes multiple frosting colors in piping bags, sprinkles and to go cupcake box if chosen)

Messy Play Activities! Have our team setup some theme specific messy play STEM based activities for your event $75 for 2 activities

Add Slime as one of your crafts or make your own playdoh!: $40 for the whole party!

Temporary/Tattoos: $50

Lego party with Play-well TEKnologies! $300 They will bring in legos and activities for the kids. Participants need to be 5+, younger kids may play with legos with adult supervision

Sarah Joy Professional Face Painter: $150/1 hour (see photos on the left of her amazing work!)

Hosting a Surprise Guest (can include almost at princess, superhero, etc) $250- 1 hour visit

Magician: $150/30 minutes

Balloon Artist: $175/1 hour

Piñata: $100 (matches your theme and filled with small toys -or- candy and treats…you choose. bags provided to take treats home)

Professional Photographer: starting at $300
